FB gets a bad rap when it comes to privacy - and deservedly so. But do we really need to throw the baby out with the bath water? If we as individuals are just a little more diligent, wouldn't this be a non-issue? Educate yourself and be careful out there - social networking is more viable now than ever.

Big Surprise - Customer Service is THE most important part of a successful business
Results from a report belonging to Genesys Telecommunications out of Asia showed that Singaporeans' greatest source of satisfaction from customer service came from proactivity, with 74 per cent of respondents saying so, followed by competency (48 per cent), convenience (41 per cent) and personalized service (35 per cent).
