Results from a report belonging to Genesys Telecommunications out of Asia showed that Singaporeans' greatest source of satisfaction from customer service came from proactivity, with 74 per cent of respondents saying so, followed by competency (48 per cent), convenience (41 per cent) and personalized service (35 per cent).
